1. Why This IMO Exists

2. What the IMO Owns (and What It Doesn't)

Owns:

• Integration plan and milestone tracking
• Cross-workstream dependency management
• Synergy tracking and reporting to [reporting audience: steering committee / board / PE sponsor]
• Escalation resolution within [SLA: e.g., 48 hours]
• Decision documentation and communication

Does not own:

• Functional execution (workstream leads own this)
• Business-as-usual operations
